Terms & Conditions for pp77 Bangladesh

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the pp77 website accessible at https://pp77.io and any associated mobile-optimised interface, application, or service operated by pp77.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to pp77 and its authorised operating entities.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a bet through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform after successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a specific pp77 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the process by which pp77 verifies the identity and age of Players.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pp77 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The pp77 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly accept registrations from minors. You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is directed primarily at players residing in Bangladesh. By registering an Account, you confirm that the laws applicable in your jurisdiction do not prohibit you from accessing or using online gaming services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws. pp77 accepts no liability for any breach of local law resulting from your use of the Platform.

3.3 Capacity

You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party without proper authorisation, and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one registered Account on the pp77 Platform. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify pp77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. pp77 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your Account is accurate and kept up to date. You may update your information by contacting our support team. pp77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

4.4 KYC Verification

pp77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pp77 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in BDT: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. pp77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: subject to payment method limits and Player tier — contact support for tier-specific limits.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: subject to KYC verification level and Player tier.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your pp77 Account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed and dispatched to the Player's nominated mobile wallet within 15 minutes on average, subject to KYC status and security review. Card-based withdrawals may take 3–5 business days.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the pp77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pp77 does not charge currency conversion fees. If a Player's payment instrument is denominated in a currency other than BDT, any conversion will be handled by the Player's bank or payment provider, and pp77 accepts no responsibility for resulting exchange rate differences.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. pp77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the completion of applicable Wagering Requirements as described in Section 6.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotions, bonuses, and special offers made available on the pp77 Platform are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion on the Promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute at rates specified in individual promotion terms. pp77 may update game contribution rates with 14 days' notice published on the Platform.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within 30 calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without replacement. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates.

6.5 Abuse Policy

pp77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Any Player found to be systematically exploiting promotions through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of advantage play will have all associated Bonus Funds and winnings forfeited and the Account permanently closed.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is deemed accepted only when it has been confirmed by the pp77 system and a bet reference number has been issued to the Player. Bets placed during periods of system instability or connectivity interruption may be voided at pp77's discretion if they cannot be confirmed in the Platform's records.

7.2 Errors and Misquoted Odds

pp77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly the result of a technical error, data feed malfunction, or human input mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. pp77 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.

7.3 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-event payout limits apply to all betting markets. These limits vary by sport, market type, and Player tier. Bets placed that would result in winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be automatically adjusted to the maximum payout amount at the time of settlement.

7.4 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or game in question. For cricket, the official result as declared by the ICC, BPL, or the relevant board governs settlement. pp77 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pp77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or facilitating the use of another person's Account.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any mechanical or electronic assistance to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, access restricted areas of the Platform, or interfere with the integrity of games or betting markets.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers, arbitrage opportunities, or errors in odds to extract guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pp77 staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pp77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of pp77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of pp77.

10 Privacy & Data

pp77's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp77 and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

pp77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any related services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your pp77 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures, provided the Account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been met.

12.2 Termination by pp77

pp77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory obligation. In such cases, pp77 will return any undisputed real-money balance to the Player after deducting any amounts owed to pp77.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of these Terms.

13 Changes to Terms

pp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date shown at the top of the document. Where required by applicable law, we may also notify Players directly via their registered email address or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
